Jung first saw his soul 14 years previously to this time. And his life was one seeking glory. He thought he has lost his soul but it was always with him.
The day's entry ends with an awareness that the soul took away what Jung sought to hold and gave what he did not expect. Where he sowed, the harvest was robbed and when he did not sow the crop was fruitful. "You upheld my belief, ....at every decisive moment you let me believe in myself."
